NVision Chief Operating Officer, Craig Harvey, recently testified at a hearing before the House Committee on Homeland Security's Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection and Security Technologies entitled "Unlocking SAFETY Act's Potential to Promote Technology and Combat Terrorism".
Congress invited Harvey as part of a panel of four witnesses selected to testify on the ease of application for of the US Department of Homeland Security SAFETY Act certification which provides liability protection to producers and customers of anti-terrorism technologies, processes, and services. DHS granted NVision's Real-Time Emergency Action Tool or "REACT" the SAFETY Act designation as a Qualified Anti -Terrorism Technology in 2010.
